Contracted Insurance Providers and Private Pay Rates

I am in network with Moda, First Choice Health, Optum/United Behavioral Healthcare, and Aetna. For individuals with other insurance providers, I’m happy to provide superbills to support you in accessing out of network benefits.

I provide mental health assessments as well as gender affirming medical and surgical care assessments and letters of support, starting at $220. I offer individual therapy for $185 and couples/relationship therapy for $200 per session. Should you need, I have some spaces for sliding scale sessions depending on your income level.
