Contracted Insurance Providers and Private Pay Rates

I am in network with Moda and First Choice Health, and Optum/United Behavioral Healthcare. I will be in network with Aetna starting 5/1/26. I’m happy to provide superbills to support you in accessing out of network benefits from your insurance.

I provide mental health assessments as well as gender affirming medical and surgical care assessments and letters of support, starting at $220 for a 55 minute session. I offer individual therapy for $185 and couples/relationship therapy for $200 for 55 minute sessions. Should you need, I have some spaces for sliding scale sessions depending on your income level.

In accordance with the Federal No Surprises Act of 2022, you are entitled to receive an annual Good Faith Estimate from me for all anticipated Out of Pocket services. Please see the No Surprises Act Disclosure for further information.
