About Me

My Approach

Hello, Traveler! I use trauma informed therapy to work collaboratively with my clients to identify and strengthen motivation for and capacity to change. Therapy can help you learn ways to be more effective in moving forward. While our inner experience as well as the world outside of us help shape who we are, they do not define who we can be. By working together, we identify tools, skills, and ways to challenge belief systems in order to move toward a more meaningful life. My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I am happy to meet with you for a free 20 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and am supervised by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. In my previous life, I worked in Behavioral Neuroscience Research and as an EMT.
